Hours of Operation

We are by appointment only.

Please be on-time for your appointment to receive the maximum benefit from your service. We recommend that you schedule your next appointment before leaving to ensure your choice of preferred time.

  • Tuesday : 10 - 8

  • Wednesday : 9 - 8

  • Thursday : 10 - 8

  • Friday : 9 - 8

  • Saturday : 10 - 4

  • Sunday : closed

Cancellations

For all services, we require 24 hours advance cancellation notice. Otherwise a full service charge will be applied. We appreciate your consideration in honoring our cancellation policy.

A broken or missed appointment is a loss to everyone.

Payments

Major credit cards, cash or personal checks are accepted. We also accept mobile payments on Apple and Google Pay.

Any returned check will be subject to a $20.00 service charge.

Gratuities are appreciated and left to the discretion of our clients.

Late Arrivals

We have reserved the appropriate amount of time for your services. We ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment so you can fully enjoy your experience. Arrivals more than 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule.

In the event of bad weather, please call in advance to verify the office hours for that day.

Messages

We do not answer the phone when working on clients. We utilize a phone messaging system, and we return calls frequently throughout the day.

Please leave a message and a number where you can be reached. Occasionally, messages get lost in the system so if you have not received an expected callback, please be sure to call again.

COVID-19 Safety Procedures

For those of you who know us well, for the past 18 years maintaining a hyper sanitized space is nothing new for us and it has always been an integral part of our operation.

We will now be implementing new protocols and extra protective measures to make certain that both our team and our clients stay safe and healthy. We will follow the infection control recommendations of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

By Appointments Only
We will only be able to see clients for appointments or who are purchasing products by making an appointment. 

Consent Forms
Due to the new insurance requirements, we will ask you to sign a COVID-19 Consent Form. We will send you a digital consent form you can complete online before or on the day of your appointment. We will not treat clients without signed forms.

When You Arrive

  1. After you park your car, please call 201-475-2228 to let us know you're here. This is to allow proper social distancing for all clients before and after each appointment. 

  2. Your temperature will be taken upon entry. If a fever is present we will reschedule your appointment for a later time.

  3. Please wash or sanitize your hands upon arrival for your appointment and after using the restroom, sneezing, or coughing.

  4. Masks will be required when in the common areas of MY Skin Care. Your technician will let you know when they are ready for you to remove it. If you forgot your mask, we will make disposable masks available for purchase $2.

  5. Only clients who have a scheduled appointment will be allowed into the office. No guests (including children) are allowed and any family/friends waiting for a client will need to wait outside. Children under 16 receiving services may have 1 parent/guardian in the treatment room. The parent/guardian must wear a mask & answer all pre-screening questions.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you are experiencing a fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, or have been to a COVID-19 impacted area or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment and no not come to the office. We will be happy to work with you to schedule another appointment as soon as you are ready to come back for 14 days past the date of contact or until you are asymptomatic.

Otherwise, due to the high demand for our services, we will be strictly enforcing our 24 hours advance cancellation notice otherwise a full-service charge will be applied.

LATE ARRIVALS:
Arrivals more than 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time will be asked to reschedule. 

To keep our office a healthy and safe environment for all clients and our staff, we will reserve the right to stop or decline an appointment.
